![]() I also haven't yet found if it's possible to select a track which has an instrument There's a script for loading other sample formats too, so I loaded an exs24 Right click the highlighted area and select render selection to sample, and it creates a new sample/instrument for you.įor single samples i'd just try dragging and dropping, but you could layer several instruments, creating a new sound, and then render that sound to a new instrument. Select the length i want it to play by selecting the area, ie play 32 ticks, select 32 ticks. i could go to the tracker interface, type in the code for that sample to play. Say i've got 1 sample in an instrument that i want to have in another instrument. its a bit fiddly, but its quite powerful. There's also the "render selection to sample" function i think its called, which is basically a bounce. i would just load the instrument, select the sample and drag it to another, then delete the instrument i dont need anymore. Unless you had a massive instrument that took ages to load, and i dont think i've seen one of those yet. Boon's probably right, there's probably a script for that, but i'm not that familiar with using scripts. ![]()
